Mettuparai

The famous temple in this place is a Vinayagar temple. Vinayagar is another name for Lord Ganesha who is also the favorite God of many! Here in Mettuparia there is a neem tree from which milk oozes out. This milk is believed to have the power of healing and is a reason why many believers flock here. Mettuparai is a small Village/hamlet in Kundadam Block in Tiruppur District of Tamil Nadu State, India. It comes under Kangayampalaym Panchayath. It is located 36 KM towards South from District head quarters Tirupur. 460 KM from State capital Chennai.
