Hazaratbal Dargah

The shrine's name comes from the Arabic word Hazrat, meaning holy or majestic, and the Kashmiri word bal, meaning hair. The shrine is said to have been built in 1700 by Inayat Begum, the daughter of a Kashmiri businessman who bought the relic.

You can reach the shrine by road or by shikara on the Dal Lake. Some say the location is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice.
